Who are Rob & Kim?

Kim first came to Italy in 1996 with the People to People Student Ambassador program. The moment she stepped onto the cobblestone streets of Florence, she felt at home. Rob grew up in Brooklyn, NY, the grandson of Italian immigrants from Naples. His upbringing was steeped in the traditions from Naples, Italy, and he always felt drawn to explore his family heritage and country.

After getting married on the Amalfi Coast in 2006, we got the first taste of the complexity of Italian Bureaucracy. That's why, once we moved to Florence in 2018, we really figured out how intricate the legal system works here in Italy. Ironically, we met attorney Michele Cappechi, who provides tailored support and guidance to hundreds of clients annually through the acquisition procedure for Italian citizenship. And after a while, we discussed the idea of creating courses together, helping Americans move to Italy. The seed was planted. 🌱

But it wasn't until 2021 that we got back in contact with attorney Michele Cappechi and began the process of obtaining a Visa, and we successfully relocated six months later! 

Since living in Italy and growing a following on social media, we received one constant question: “How do I move to italy?”. That's what made us focus on creating these courses and helping you live the life you dream of! 🍝🍷
